Tackle and Bait

Whether it’s your new prized fishing spot or the old reliable ones, one key factor for success is the quality of your fishing bait.  There are many friendly bait and tackle shops located throughout the North of Superior region, many of them along the highway leading out to your favorite fishing destinations.

These well-equipped shops are open early and stay open late to provide a large array of products from live minnows, worms or leeches to the best synthetics. Many sell fishing licenses, area fishing maps and angling magazines and are often more than willing to share a few tips on the area.
