Geraldton Walleye Classic

The 2011 Geraldton Walleye Classic takes place out on the shores of MacLeod Provincial Park. Held on June 24th – 26th, 2011, the Geraldton Walleye Classic has 120 boats participating making it a remarkable fishing tournament in Ontario.

 

Friday night, there’s a parade of boats, as the anglers decorated their boats and drive down main street. Also Friday night at MacLeod Provincial Park there’s live entertainment as Highway 584 will take the stage.

 

Fishing begins at 7:30 Saturday and Sunday morning with weigh-ins beginning at 7:45 am. On hand all weekend are vendors and a beer gardens in the park.
