Marinas

Full service marinas dot the shores of Lake Superior, offering a variety of options.  At Little Trout Bay Conservation Area, you can moor your boat and have a picnic or a hike. Ful service facilities are available at Thunder Bay, Nipigon, Red Rock, Rossport and Wawa while Silver Islet's government dock offers limited spaces.  Shallow draft vessels can be accommodated at Terrace Bay and Marathon and several anchorages are available at Pukaskwa National Park.

Nipigon Fall Fishing Festival
Nipigon Fall Fishing FestivalJoin us for the Nipigon Fall Fishing Festival, the longest running festival on the north shore of Lake Superior. Planned events include:

Red Rock Marina
Red Rock MarinaThe Red Rock Marina is undergoing some big changes. New slips to accommodate larger boats, a state-of-the-art security system and upgraded power pedestals are being installed this year. Fuel, pump-out and all the amenities are there. Groceries and LCBO nearby. Friendly marina staff will make sure you're well taken care of at this memorable port-of-call. Some 2009 slips still available.

Buck's MarinaThe actual townsite of Wawa is approx. 6 kilometers (4 miles) north of the marina via the Trans Canada Hwy. (#17). Wawa is accessible via taxi. Contact can be made through Buck's Marina.
